By purchasing any course, guide, or content from Squidscale Courses (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms.
What You’re Purchasing
Squidscale Courses offers digital educational guides covering AI automation, business workflow automation, AI agent design, agency systems, and related topics. Each course listing describes its specific content and scope.
Upon purchase, you are entitled to receive:
- Digital PDF — sent automatically and instantly to the email provided at checkout.
- Physical book (optional) — available upon request. Physical copies are shipped separately and delivery times will vary based on shipping method and location.
- Live/taught instruction (optional) — available upon request and scheduled directly with our team.
The PDF format is the default and automatic method of delivery for all purchases. Physical books and live teaching sessions are alternative formats offered in addition to, not in place of, the digital guide, and must be requested by the customer.
Pricing
Course pricing is flexible, allowing customers to choose an amount within the published range for each course based on the depth of content and support they select. The minimum listed price reflects the baseline value of the guide; amounts paid above the minimum do not entitle the customer to additional content beyond what is described in the course listing, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery
All digital content is delivered instantly via email upon successful payment. If you do not receive your PDF within a reasonable time after purchase, please contact our support team at hello@squidscale.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Physical books and live teaching sessions, where requested, are coordinated separately and timelines will be communicated directly to the customer.
Cancellations
Because digital content is delivered instantly and automatically upon purchase, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital course content once it has been delivered. Please refer to our full Refund Policy page for complete details.
